ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced HR & Admin Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations along with office administration, ensuring smooth business functioning.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

HR FUNCTIONS

Assist recruitment (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews)

Manage onboarding & exit formalities

Maintain employee records & HR documentation

Track attendance & leave; support payroll inputs

Assist performance appraisal processes

Ensure compliance with labor laws & HR policies

ADMIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage daily office operations

Vendor coordination (housekeeping, security, maintenance)

Maintain office supplies & inventory

Ensure safe & efficient workplace environment

Handle travel & accommodation arrangements

Maintain MIS reports & documentation

Support management coordination
