Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound hotline calls related to employee grievances and compliance concerns.
Document incidents accurately in the case management system.
Create and manage incident tickets.
Perform initial case triage using SOPs and decision trees.
Route cases to appropriate L2/L3 teams based on severity.
Maintain confidentiality and data privacy.
Provide status updates to employees as per process guidelines.
Follow compliance policies, scripts, and quality standards.
