Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.

Forecast hiring requirements and support workforce planning.

Manage end-to-end recruitment for lateral, leadership, and volume hiring.

Monitor hiring metrics such as TAT, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.

Manage recruitment vendors, job portals, and employee referral programs.

Partner with business leaders on hiring priorities and workforce needs.

Optimize recruitment processes and ATS utilization.

Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and guidelines.

Maintain recruitment dashboards, MIS reports, and hiring analytics.

Lead employer branding initiatives, campus hiring, and early talent programs.

Enhance candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
