Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding handoff.

Hire for multiple roles such as engineers, designers, technical writers, SEO, sales, social media, and video editors.

Source candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, Twitter/X, developer communities, referrals, and other channels.

Create job descriptions, screening rubrics, and structured interview processes.

Evaluate portfolios, writing samples, and candidate assignments.

Manage the complete candidate experience with timely communication and feedback.

Track recruitment metrics and support employer branding initiatives.
