Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.

Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.

Source candidates through job portals, referrals, campus hiring and job fairs.

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.

Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication.

Handle offer management, salary discussions and approvals.

Coordinate background verification (BGV) and onboarding.

Maintain recruitment records in HRMS.

Track recruitment progress and ensure timely closure of positions.

Coordinate branch visits and other HR-related activities.
