Talent Acquisition & Executive Search

Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms.

Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate suitability.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

Learn and support the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer rollout.

Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

Develop stakeholder management and professional communication skills.
