Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple client requirements.

Understand JDs, client mandates and hiring timelines.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals and headhunting.

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

Maintain active candidate pipelines.

Achieve individual and team hiring targets.

Negotiate salary packages within client budgets.

Manage offer rollout, documentation and joining.

Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports and ATS updates.

Build relationships with candidates and clients.

Monitor market trends and salary benchmarks
