Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end US IT & Engineering recruitment.

Source candidates through job boards, professional networks, and social media.

Conduct Boolean and X-ray searches.

Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.

Work on contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions.

Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines.

Coordinate with clients, candidates, and vendor partners.

Maintain ATS and recruitment documentation.

Meet daily/weekly recruitment targets.
