Key Responsibilities

Handle full-cycle US IT recruitment from sourcing to offer rollout.

Conduct intake meetings and understand hiring requirements.

Source candidates through ATS, job boards, LinkedIn, and social media.

Screen and interview candidates for technical and cultural fit.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals.

Coordinate with hiring managers and clients throughout the recruitment process.

Maintain accurate ATS records and recruitment documentation.

Support employer branding and continuously improve recruitment strategies.

Ensure compliance with hiring policies and recruitment standards.
