Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
Conduct initial HR screening calls.
Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Support end-to-end IT recruitment activities.
Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to meet hiring targets.
