Job Description:

Shakti InfoSolutions is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end IT recruitment operations. The role involves sourcing candidates, conducting technical screenings, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing recruitment data. This position is for night shift hours to support global recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source IT professionals via job portals, LinkedIn Boolean search, referrals, and professional networks

• Conduct technical and telephonic screenings to assess skills, experience, and role fit

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements, schedule interviews, and gather feedback

• Manage the full IT recruitment lifecycle from requirement intake to offer release and onboarding

• Build and maintain a strong IT candidate pipeline, ensuring a positive candidate experience

• Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS, track recruitment metrics, and generate reports

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or related field
