Job Summary:

Hiring HR Recruiters to support bulk hiring through calling, screening, and coordination with candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to candidates

• Explain job roles and screen candidates

• Schedule interviews and coordinate follow-ups

• Maintain daily reports and recruitment trackers

• Support bulk hiring and onboarding activities

• Assist senior recruiters in end-to-end hiring

Requirements:

• Any Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)

• Freshers & experienced candidates can apply

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Basic MS Excel knowledge

• Willingness to learn recruitment processes
