Key Responsibilities

Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling.

Coordinate with candidates and internal teams for interview follow-ups.

Support onboarding and induction of new employees.

Maintain employee records and HR databases.

Assist in attendance, leave, and payroll data management.

Draft HR emails, letters, and other documents.

Create, update, and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Support employee engagement activities and internal communication.

Ensure proper filing and documentation of employee records.

Assist with day-to-day HR administrative operations
