Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Manpower Planning
• End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, offer rollout & onboarding
• Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and hiring needs
HR Operations
• Onboarding, induction, confirmation & exit formalities
• Attendance, leave management & payroll coordination
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Compliance & Statutory
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements
• Implement company HR policies and procedures
HR MIS & Systems
• Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports
• Effective use of HRMS, MS Excel, and email communication
Employee Relations & Culture
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions & HR notices
• Act as escalation point for employee & team issues
• Promote a positive, disciplined, and compliant work culture
Team & Vendor Management
• Lead and supervise HR & Admin team
• Coordinate with vendors for staffing, payroll, BGV & HR services
• Oversee administrative and facility-related operations
