Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.

Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.

Negotiate offers and manage pre-boarding activities.

Lead recruitment projects to achieve hiring targets within timelines.

Prepare recruitment MIS reports, dashboards, aging reports, and hiring analytics.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

Utilize AI-enabled recruitment tools to improve hiring efficiency.

Maintain applicant data and ensure compliance with labour laws.
