Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with colleges, universities and placement cells.

Plan and coordinate campus recruitment drives.

Source and screen candidates through placements, job portals, referrals and social media.

Conduct initial HR interviews and candidate assessments.

Coordinate interviews, tests, selection processes and offer rollouts.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.

Follow up with selected candidates until joining.

Meet recruitment targets within defined timelines.

Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.

Support employer branding and campus engagement activities.
