Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.

Search and screen candidate profiles based on business requirements.

Conduct initial HR screening and telephonic interviews.

Communicate job opportunities to prospective candidates.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

Support the Talent Acquisition team in achieving hiring targets.
