Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labour laws.

Manage attendance, leave, overtime, payroll, and HRMS operations.

Handle onboarding, induction, confirmations, and employee exit formalities.

Process payroll accurately using HRMS and Microsoft Excel.

Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Professional Tax, labour laws, and wage code regulations.

Drive employee engagement, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.

Support recruitment, manpower planning, and workforce management.

Coordinate training and development initiatives.

Prepare HR MIS reports, dashboards, KRAs, KPIs, and performance appraisal data.

Maintain confidential employee records and HR documentation
