Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales, operations, and support roles.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and campus hiring.

Screen resumes and schedule interviews.

Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.

Conduct HR interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.

Manage onboarding and joining formalities.

Maintain employee records and attendance data.

Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Ensure smooth HR operations and implementation of company policies.
