Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities.
Source candidates through job portals and recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct initial candidate communication and follow-ups.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Handle bulk hiring, volume hiring, and mass recruitment requirements.
Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures.
Support non-IT/BPO recruitment processes.
Skills Required
