Key Responsibilities

Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, and interview coordination).

Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Maintain candidate and employee records.

Support onboarding and joining formalities.

Manage attendance records and HR documentation.

Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases.

Coordinate with internal teams on HR-related activities.

Support implementation of HR policies and processes.
