Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end US recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
Post and manage job openings across recruitment platforms.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.
Conduct HR screening interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Maintain ATS records, recruitment pipelines, and hiring reports.
Coordinate offer rollout, documentation, and onboarding.
Support employer branding and HR operations.
Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies.
