Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, calling, and interview scheduling.

Maintain HR documentation, employee records, hiring reports, and onboarding forms.

Coordinate employee onboarding and induction.

Support HR operations, including attendance, leave management, and performance follow-ups.

Assist with HR policies, employee engagement activities, and training initiatives.

Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring.

Coordinate with internal teams to meet recruitment requirements.
