Job Description:

The HR Executive will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for retail and QSR positions, handling volume hiring, coordinating with managers, and ensuring timely closure of manpower requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Retail/QSR positions

• Manage volume hiring across multiple outlets

• Source candidates via job portals, referrals, and walk-ins

• Schedule and coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates

• Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports

• Support onboarding and documentation process

Eligibility / Requirements:

• MBA (HR) / MSW

Experience Level: Mid-level (3–6 years)
