Job Summary:

Hiring HR Freshers to support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process

• Source, screen, and schedule interviews

• Assist in onboarding and documentation

• Support employee engagement and performance management

• Maintain HR records and trackers

• Assist in salary negotiation and compensation discussions

Requirements:

• MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred)

• Freshers can apply (internship is a plus)

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of HR processes and MS Office
