Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.

Understand manpower requirements and source candidates through job portals, referrals, and internal databases.

Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.

Prepare candidates for client interviews.

Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.

Post job openings and maintain the complete recruitment lifecycle.

Build talent pipelines through job portals, professional networking sites, social media, and employee referrals.

Communicate job opportunities, company benefits, and hiring updates to candidates.

Prepare recruitment reports and maintain recruitment records.
