Job Summary:

Hiring HR Assistants to support recruitment, payroll, and employee record management along with general HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment (job posting, screening, scheduling)

• Maintain employee records and HR databases

• Support onboarding and induction process

• Assist in payroll and attendance management

• Handle employee queries and HR documentation

• Ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws

• Support training and administrative activities

Requirements:

• Any Graduate

• 0–2 years experience (Freshers can apply)

• Basic knowledge of HR processes

• Good communication and organizational skills
