Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in payroll processing: salary structuring, tax computation, attendance & leave management, pay slips, F&F settlements
- Support statutory compliance: PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and labor law adherence
- Maintain HR records, registers, and statutory documentation
- Coordinate with client organizations to manage payroll and compliance services
- Work collaboratively, ensure high-quality outputs, and meet deadlines
