Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.

Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Manage candidate records using ATS/HRMS.

Extend offers, negotiate compensation, and coordinate onboarding.

Monitor recruitment metrics and improve hiring strategies.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
