Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.

Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.

Create and publish job postings across job portals and social media platforms.

Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants, and campushiring.

Screen resumes and conduct telephonic/virtual interviews.

Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring teams.

Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely position closure.

Evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Build and maintain candidate pipelines for future hiring needs.

Coordinate background verification and reference checks.

Handle offer preparation, salary negotiation, and pre-joining formalities.
