Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for engineering and technical positions.

Gather and understand recruitment requirements from hiring managers.

Source candidates through multiple recruitment channels.

Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.

Coordinate interview schedules and assessment processes.

Support hiring managers in candidate evaluation and selection.

Manage offer releases and compensation negotiations within company guidelines.

Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases.

Track hiring metrics and recruitment performance.

Work closely with HR and business teams to improve talent acquisition processes.

Handle multiple recruitment requirements simultaneously.
