Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.

Coordinate technical and final interview rounds.

Manage candidate records using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Provide a positive candidate experience through regular communication.

Handle offer negotiation and coordinate onboarding activities.

Analyse recruitment metrics to improve hiring strategies.
