Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment activities.

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media and referrals.

Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.

Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers and hiring reports.

Negotiate salaries and coordinate job offers and joining.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

Understand manpower requirements with department heads and hiring managers.

Ensure a positive candidate experience.
