Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.

Recruit for manufacturing, engineering and corporate roles.

Source and screen candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn and other portals.

Handle client communication and requirement gathering.

Build and maintain client relationships.

Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups.

Handle offer negotiation and joining processes.
